v00-d00child: I'm currently 5'4 and weight about 119 pounds... I look at your daily food and exercise page and was wondering if it's worth eating as little as you eat. I want to lose at least ten pounds and noticed that you're the weight that I want to be. Every time I start dieting I never stick with it :(
To me, it’s worth it. I would never encourage someone to do what I do, as it is very harming to your mind and body. Honest advice, do it the healthy way. Eat right, exercise, and stick to it! Your body will thank you for it later.

I know society sucks and that these days it's all about what you look like. But please know that the good people out there want you to be healthy and happy not skinny and miserable! They don't care what you lOok like. My best friends sister is anorexic and I know how much it affects my friend. Which affects me. I have seen the results of wanting to be thin
